FLYPCB provide high quality, fast delivery and high flexibility board assembly services. We are special dedicated in BGA mounting and reparing. With high skilled engineers and precision equipments, we are capable of soldering all kinds of BGA chips very quickly and offers high reliability. As well as BGA mounting, we also mount high density QFP chips for the developers.
Boards Assembly is also part of our business. We have manual lines for small to medium quantity products and there's high automatical SMT machines for large volume.
