FLYPCB can take care of all transports aspects including freight,customs and delivery to its customers.
China is far aways and consequently the logistic organization is very important for our customers.
FLYPCB has built a very strong organization in that field since many years in order to be able to transport our customers PCBs in a very secure way and at the most competitive costs.
Due to the very large volume transported every day for us, we have very competitive rates for transporting our customer's goods.
FLYPCB gives also complete services in that logistic field.
1) We follow your deliveries :
FLYPCB follows carefully for its customers every shipment and consequently :
- We check that goods leave the factory on time.
- We follow all the process of transport for you.
- We take care of customs and forwarders.
In case of any delay, we will inform you immediately and we will use all necessary means to solve quickly that problem.
2) We use different transports modes:
Four ways of transport are currently used by FLYPCB:- Transport by AIR : expensive but quick (one week delivery time)
- Transport by SEA : cheap but very slow. (five weeks delivery time)
- Transport by SEA-AIR : middle price and reasonnable transport time (three weeks delivery time)
- Express transport : more expensive but more suitable for small quantities. (4 days delivery time)
For some products, the transport by AIR is impossible as it is too expensive . (for low cost products like single side PCBs or for very heavy products like metal core PCBs.)
For some other products, the transport by SEA is absolutely not interesting. (small quantities, very expensive PCBs, etc.. ).
As lead time for production is quite short in China (around 3 weeks normally ), transport by SEA-AIR is actually growing a lot and it seems that it is one of the best way to optimize simultaneously transport costs and logistic constraints.
3) We manage consignment stocks for you if you wish :
As China is far away and transport times are quite long, many customers and particularly customers from the automotive field are actually requesting more and more to work with us on consignment stocks basis.
Those stocks are generally located in our customers factories.
FLYPCB is used with its organization to manage such consignments stocks and especially for its automotive customers.
